We hope you like everything you buy from Tapetenshop.lv, but if you have any complaints, here's our return policy:

The customer has a formal 14 -day reflection period since the order is received to cancel the contract. Any products must be returned in accordance with the rules specified in the paragraph below. Any returned products must be new, unused and unchanged and in the original box. Boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned to the same condition as received. Any exchange or return must be requested by writing to info@tapetenshop.lv. Our goal is to process your request within 24 hours.

The exchange order will be shipped when possible within 48 hours of receiving the return of the item at the Tapetenshop.lv office. In the event that the product requested for exchange is no longer available, the customer will offer another product in his choice exchange or a full reward. It is strongly recommended that the customer retains a postal expense certificate for return. If the product is lost in transit and no postal expenses can be presented, no remuneration or exchange is possible.  If the customer's exchange order amount is lower than the initial order, "Tapetenshop.lv" will reimburse the gap within 14 days of receiving the return of the return to our office.

Remunories will be fulfilled in the same way as the payment was made on "Tapetenshop.lv" (Credit Card, PayPal or non -cash settlement).

All returned products (including all packs) must be obtained in the office "Tapetenshop.lv" in the intact position in which they were sent to the customer. Upon receipt of a returned package, at the discretion of "Tapetenshop.lv" whether the goods are assessed as the same position in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. No return is accepted if the returned products have been obviously used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has made the product unsuitable for use.

If the product refused to return the product to "Tapetenshop.lv", the product will be returned to the customer at "Tapetenshop.lv", at the expense of. The Customer cannot claim any compensation and he or she is entitled to any reward as soon as they use their guarantee rights for goods sold.

"Tapetenshop.lv" will reimburse the suitable way to return products within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at the Tapetenshop.lv office.
